Interpret Europe conference fees are pegged to average income levels in different countries (Groups A-D). Attendees pay the appropriate fee in Euros corresponding to their country of residence.
Interpret Europe members benefit from reduced conference fees. You can join Interpret Europe online at www.interpret-europe.net/join.

Conference fees include all meals as well as programme elements. These start with the Open space session on Thursday 16 April at 14.00, and finish with dinner on Sunday 19 April.
Bird watching and Post-conference tours can be enjoyed for an additional payment.
You can register for the conference by filling in this online form.
Within the registration process, you will be asked to select study visits. Make sure you take a good look at their descriptions and chose your first as well as your second choice. You will receive a confirmation mail with an overview of your choices made for optional activities.
The registration form also includes invoicing details based on which the pro-forma invoice will be generated. Make sure you include all data that you need on the invoice. Invoicing is mananged by our partners at Sciaena.
Please note that we cannot keep a place for you until we have received your payment.
Cancellations must be made either through email or in writing by 3 April 2026. Cancellations cannot be made by phone.
A non-refundable processing fee of 60 € will be assessed.
Please understand that no refunds at all can be given after 3 April 2026.
Do you wish to attend the conference but are short of money?
You’ll be pleased to know that we’re happy to offer you the chance to cover part of your conference costs. IE grants a few scholarships of 50% of your conference fee.
Please send us your CV and a motivation letter, with an explanation of your circumstances, to scholarships@interpreteuropeconference.net by Wednesday 15 January 2026. It should set out your interest and / or involvement in interpretation and why you are unable to pay the full cost of the conference. In return, we might ask you for assistance with some small tasks. Providing assistance is not a mandatory condition of the award of a scholarship.
Applicants that have been awarded in the last five years, will be considered in the second round or if previously selected participants cancel.
Our scholarship team will assess your application and will let you know by
29 January if you have been selected (or not) for a scholarship. Accepted scholars need to register by 22 February.
